I Just found you. Do you do emergency breaks to announce flooded roads, accidents, weather and local area information not covered by OKC & Tulsa? Maybe having a “Local Limbaugh” might bring the waiting audience to 31. If locals knew by turning to 31 they would get the most accurate local info, your advertisers would get a wider cross section and your ratings would increase. Let me know if I can hep.
